The one-bedroom airconditioned apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house on the outskirts of Argostoli, in a quiet area near the, only a short distance from the main square (about 500 m). It can accommodate up to 2 people, it has a surface of 20 sq.m, small kitchen, bathroom and fantastic sea view from our veranda. The central square, the pedestrian route, supermarket, taverns, cafes are about 500m away from our apartment.ment.There is parking space in the public roads very close to our apartment.

Our panoramic superb sea view apartment is located at the top of Argostoli hill only 500 m away from the main square. Due to height difference between the public road and the apartment the view is like staying on the 2 floor and many more).

This ground floor apartment comprises of a small separate kitchen room, one air-conditioned bedroom with a queen size bed, and family bathroom with washing machine. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom, satellite and smart tv, WIFI, table for dinner, fridge, refrigerator, oven with hob. The door in our bedroom leads to a wonderful sea view balcony- veranda and a family bathroom with washing machine.

The position of our apartment makes it an ideal destination for those who want to combine their vacation by the sea and the country side. It is also an ideal base to visit the many places of interest of our island as most of the high lights of the island are in a distance of 60 mins away from our apartment.

Only 3 km away from our apartment are some of the best sandy beaches of the island .Famous Makrys gyalos and Platys gyalos sandy beaches are only 3 km away,Gradakia sandy beach is 2,5 km away.Melissani underground lake is about 35 mins drive away, ,Drocarati Cave is about 30 mins drive away ,Myrtos Beach is about 30 mins drive away from our apartment.
Lassi resort is also only 2-3 km away from our apartment where you can find many taverns,bars,cafe,supermarkets and many nice sandy beaches
