Our 2nd floor airconditioned apartment is located in Argostoli, only a short distance from the seaside (about 300 m). It can accommodates up to 5 peoople with the use of a sofa bed(which opens and becomes bed) in the living -dining room. Our very comfortable apartment measures an area of 70 sq.m, has 2 airconditioned bedrooms, airconditioned dining-living- kitchen room,bathroom and a large veranda with sea and town view.The 1st bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe.The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and wardrobe. There is supermarket and traditiona bacery 100 m away from our apartment.In a distance between 350m-500 m away you can also find big supermarkets,taverns,cafe etc .Our apartment is fully fitted with oven,hob ,aircondition unit in each room, ,fridge/freezer, satelite and smart tv with internet access, ,coffee maker,wifi,kitchen utensils and appliances to prepare your mealc .For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for  free.

The public busses station is located only 250-300 m away from our apartment.There is parking space in the public roads very close to our apartment.Not to forget that you can aslo watch the turtles on the seaside only 300-400 m away from our apartment

Only 3 km away from our apartment are some of the best sandy beaches of the island .Famous Makrys gyalos and Platys gyalos sandy beaches are only 3 km away,Gradakia sandy beach is 2,5 km away.Melissani underground lake is about 35 mins drive away, ,Drocarati Cave is about 30 mins drive away ,Myrtos Beach is about 30 mins drive away from our apartment.

Lassi resort is also only 2-3 km away from our apartment where you can find many taverns,bars,cafe,supermarkets and many nice sandy beaches
